Amentum manages some of the best talents in field of Javelin and is looking to collaborate with individuals and corporate houses for development of these athletes. We also aim to search and develop new talents of all abilities through our grassroots level initiatives and special Olympics program. In this regard we have following initiatives.

Amentum have some of the best talents in the world but it requires a lot of money to help them achieve their dreams.
A typical budget for one year of nutrition, coaching, equipment, medical expenses and travel: US$ 12,000-15,000 (Rs. 910,00)

Coaching: US$ 2000 (Rs 140,000)

Equipment: US$ 3000 (Rs 210,000)

Javelins, training gear, shoes, Medical expenses: US$ 2000 (Rs 140,000),

Minimum salary for athletes: US$ 3000-6000 (Rs 210,000 to Rs. 420,000)

Travel expenses: US$ 2000 (Rs. 140,000) (can be much higher as we want to send them to train to Germany and USA)
We have 5 world class talents, 3 in youth, 1 junior and 1 senior level, and this requires a lot of help. ADOPT AN ATHLETE wants to close this gap by helping one of our talents pursue their dreams. A Sponsor can take care of part of expense of an athlete or full for span of 3 to 5 years.

Let us bring joy and fun to schools and kids around the nation. We have the best equipment to train these kids, with the world class T​urbojavs and training system that is currently used by our team players. A school needs between 15-20 Turbojavs that come in different weights, from 300 to 800 grams. Turbojavs are being used in various countries and programs, such as the United States, Finland, Australia, South Africa, Germany and Japan.We coach the teachers, we hold school events such as ¨Fastest Arms¨ that teach basics to children. A school needs approximately US$ 700 (Rs 50,000) in Turbojavs and design of curriculum. The fees is nominal for big schools but India has millions of schools with lack of sport facilities. This sponsorship will help develop a school program and fun activity where kids will learn basics of athletics right from the childhood and the talented kids will get chance to train with national athletes.

Turbojavs are an official event of Special Olympics Worldwide. India has over 50 million people with special abilities. We have partnered with Special Olympics India as we want to distribute our products and coach these fabulous people and teach the co​aches. There are many regions where we will be able to distribute our products if help is given.
